Seminars for Administrators

Specialized seminars for administrators who want to reduce discipline, learning problems, and violence in their schools.

Research indicates that most of the problematic behaviors in schools emanate from children prenatally exposed to drugs like crack, cocaine, and methamphetamines (no matter who is raising the child). Prenatal exposure impairs the child's ability to understand cause and effect, or his/her impact on others.

These seminars help administrators lead their teachers into effective classroom organization and disciplinary and teaching methods, and helps them develop a school-wide behavior intervention system.

Key Benefits
  • Administrators will understand the effects of prenatal drug exposure, especially as it affects school climate
  • Administrators will be able to institute effective school-wide rules and consequences, and a discipline system that works
  • Administrators will be able to lead their teachers into more appropriate and effective classroom methods.
  • Disciplinary referrals and repeat referrals will diminish.
